Counseling is one of the greatest helping professions! It can help you deal with feelings generated by many mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety and schizophrenia. It can also help empower you to deal with whatever life throws at you.

Counseling is a partnership between a therapist/counselor and a person to work towards a goal of relieving stress. You can learn coping skills to address problems that affect relationships, work or other areas of your life.

Most people can benefit from having someone who is not their family or friends help with a problem at some point in their lives.
