This is an enjoyable and safe Halloween experience that will take place on Saturday, October 21st, 2023, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at 4600 West Northern Parkway, Baltimore, MD 21215.

Join us to savor delicious cuisine from local food vendors, take part in games and activities, and have a chance to win a prize. People of all ages are welcome to attend, dressed in their finest and most extraordinary Halloween costumes (*not mandatory).
